Barts and the London NHS Trust

As part of the NHS Plus initiative, Barts and the London NHS Trust were required to develop their Occupational Health services within the B2B sector and in the context of the  planned move to new premises.  Barts approached Strategy with a remit to ‘think outside the box’ and help the Trust develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and economic model for the development of a key area of the Trusts services.

 

The economic model was based on the data prepared by the Occupational Health Department and formed an integral part of their Full Business Case presented to the Trust Board.
