Royal Free NHS Trust

The Royal Free NHS Trust were reviewing their Occupational Health department, the Health and Work Centre. The requirement was to determine the financial implications of a set of strategic choices available to the Centre in the light of the revenue being generated from external contracts.

The economic model was based on the data prepared by the Occupational Health Department and enabled the Health and Work Centre management to decide upon a course of action, with the full support of the Trust Board.
