Barts and the London NHS Trust
The Barts and the London NHS Trust Occupational health division commissioned Strategy to establish how best to develop an OH proposition and market and deliver this new proposition to external clients. Part of the work included desk research and the development of a weighting system that established the market values for outsourced occupational health by sector and organisation size. This work enabled Strategy to identify where Barts coiuld achieve strategic fit with the external market. This model was followed by a primary qualitative study of the major employers and key targets identified through the secondary research phase. The results proved likley demand for OH services within East London and, specifically, opportunities around the 2012 Olympics.
