The centre for tourism studies commissioned Strategy to undertake a quantitative study into the South West SME ‘business service’ sector. The objective of the study was to identify and establish SME clusters within the South West that either traded internationally or linked ‘through knowledge transfer’ with overseas partners.
Strategy interviewed a sample of 500 SME businesses utilising CATI techniques, analysed the results and, together with the centre, contributed to the study publication commissioned by United kingdom Trade and Investment.
