NHS Partners provide a range of HR consultancy and subscriber services to the NHS. NHS Partners approached Strategy with a remit to research the current market for subscriber services together with the wider market of UK based GP practices. Strategy interviewed over 200 Trust HR Directors to establish how to develop and sell a subscriber service to both PCT and NHS Foundation Trusts. In addition and as a key part of the subscriber proposition, Strategy developed an in-depth a comprehensive programme of research into GP practices in the UK. In 2007 NHS Partners subscriber services was purchased by Capita PLC.
