South West Occupational Health Project
Strategy were commissioned to establish the market value for outsourced occupational health services in the South West. Desk research revealed that MBD had estimated market values at over £200m per annum with expected year on year growth of 6%. Strategy developed a model, based on available market data [CIPD, Focus group, EEF, FSB market reports], that weighted all available market variables to produce estimated market size within the SW by sub-region and sector. Using this model, the South West Occupational Health Project team have been able to assess current market shares for each conbstituent OH department and the likely implications on this share of expected market growth.
