Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust
As part of the NHS Plus initiative, Imperial NHS Trust were required to develop their Occupational Health services within the B2B sector. Imperial approached Strategy with a remit to ‘think outside the box’ and help the Trust develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and economic model for the development of a key area of the Trusts services. Following the successful implementation of this strategy, Strategycom have been commissioned to manage a series of the marketing programmes on behalf of the Trust and undertake a nationwide feasibility study into NHS Occupational Health services.
