NHS Partners

NHS Partners provide a range of HR consultancy and subscriber services to the NHS.  NHS Partners approached Strategycom with a remit to remodel their subscriber package and develop a marketing strategy to underpin ambitious growth plans.  Over a 12 month period Strategycom worked extensively with the directors of NHS Plus and through the delivery of strategic planning sessions provided a number of templates through which the subscriber services should be developed.  In addition, this element of the business was successfully dovetailed with other consultancy services to establish a new proposition.  In 2007 NHS Partners subscriber services was purchased by Capita PLC.
