Virtual Practices
Based in Bath, Virtual Practices provide an innovative and ground breaking secure, web-based, legal accounting service for smaller practices. The VP system offers full practice management features including legal time recording, fee earner software and matter management. Virtual Practices approached Strategycom to help them develop a strategic route map for the development of this new service. Strategycom ran a series of workshops for the senior management team to identify the key elements of the proposition and establish the most appropriate and profitable routes to market.
