Jeremy Greaves

Managing Director

Jeremy is an expert in the development and implementation of off-line and digital marketing strategies for SMEs and publicly-funded business support organisations. He has extensive health sector experience having worked closely with the DWP, various large NHS Trusts and Maximus HML. Recent projects include: helping the NHS articulate its business proposition and helping the King Abdul Aziz Foundation (Riyadh) develop e-publishing and content distribution strategies. 

Paul Lauria

Technical Director

Paul manages and implements large scale web projects and over the past 10 years has developed modern project management techniques for software development. He places particular importance on developing project requirements and technical specifications so that reasoned thought is given to all areas of the project at an early stage. Strategy utilises Agile software development and methodology, to keep a project life-cycle constantly evolving with the client, adapting to change and ensuring that the delivered product is accurate to requirements.

Renie Shaw

Head of Research and Digital Marketing

Renie has been at Strategy since its inception. She now heads up the digital marketing team – using her excellent project management skills to manage the day-to-day running of various projects – and is also in charge of research, eCRM and content. She is a skilled copywriter, editor and proofreader and in 2014, a healthcare blog she ran for a past client was nominated for the UK Blog Awards. Renie has an MA in European Business Administration (with distinction) and came to Strategy having held a number of high-profile marketing roles.

Steph Taylor

Digital Marketing Manager

Steph is in charge of all things digital marketing at Strategy. She has run a number of highly successful social media and PPC campaigns, is well-versed in SEO, and has an expert knowledge of Google Analytics and social media platforms. All this means she is adept at analysing how well a website is working, and providing effective digital marketing solutions. Before joining Strategy, Steph was in charge of the social media and e-marketing activities – including PR, newsletters, e-offers and blogs – for a leading hotel group in Bristol.

Emma Johnson

Marketing Executive

Emma has a background in teaching EAL, with ten years’ experience managing business groups in international companies such as AIG and private clients, and is able to effectively build and manage relationships with a wide variety of people. With additional experience leading creative workshops and seminars, it was a natural move to communications, and her first position was with the Photographic Museum of Humanity in Buenos Aires. At Strategy, Emma heads up stakeholder engagement and link building activities and also writes, edits and proofreads content. 

Cam Brown

Developer

Cam is experienced with various programming and scripting languages and has knowledge of object-oriented and event-driven programming. He's proficient in logical and lateral thinking and is adept at problem solving (refining and simplifying what already works, analysing the current solution, refactoring existing systems and simplifying the problem itself). At Strategy he develops applications for the web using PHP and JavaScript MVC Frameworks, converts visual designs into responsive, cross-browser mark-up, and models systems with standard UML techniques.

Igor Trovato

Senior Designer

Before joining Strategy, Igor Trovato worked as a designer and Art Director for several graphic design agencies and also set up and ran his own design studio in Italy. He has a wealth of experience in a variety of mediums such as print and web design, illustration and painting, and can seamlessly combine these mediums if necessary. Igor is in charge of all things design at Strategy and has a knack for transforming the client’s brief, ideas and needs into beautiful yet functional designs. 

Cecilia Thirlway

Senior Consultant

Cecilia is an expert in communications and currently consults on brand development, messaging and content for SMEs. She has over 15 years’ experience spanning both private and public sectors, including managing communications for Oyster Partners (one of London’s leading internet consultancies) through the dot.com boom and subsequent collapse. She is highly skilled at extracting and refining key messages from an organisation’s proposition and delivering them through the most appropriate channels, and in exactly the right language. 

Richard Holloway

Non-executive Director

Richard has extensive general management and board-level experience. Specific skill areas include strategy development, business planning, performance improvement, business modelling, corporate structuring and finance-raising in growth-orientated, small and medium-sized businesses in various sectors. He has minor shareholdings and executive or non-executive directorships in six UK independent organisations. Until 2005, Richard was a visiting lecturer on the MBA programme (University of Bath’s School of Management).    

Clive Wray OBE

Non-Executive Director

Clive has been responsible for the creation and successful delivery of a wide range of SME growth related projects and services over more than 20 years in the thematic areas of international trade, innovation, enterprise and skills. Most recently Director of Public Sector Contracts with Business West, Clive now runs Wrayco, a service development, proposal and project management consultancy.
