Rossiters of Bath

The client

Rossiters of Bath is a department store that specialises in well-tailored and high quality furniture, specialist china and perfumes. Rossiters has branches in Bath and Cardiff.

The challenge

As some items can be purchased online and others in store, a flexible e-commerce platform was required. The website was therefore migrated to Magento, where over 1,000 products were created and set up on the newly designed website with improved functionality and usability, including a responsive framework. Training was then provided for the customer services team to manage sales and products. 

The results

The online e-commerce platform has been highly successful. Rossiters has seen an increase in online orders and enquiries (particularly about furniture products in store).
