W12 Conferences App

The client

W12 conferences is a meeting room and conference venue in London, which also offers event planning services.

The challenge

In order to reduce the administrative and printing costs of running events and conferences, W12 was looking for a bespoke application offering delegates access to all event information - daily event programming, event material, location maps, travel information, speaker lists and social sharing tools. The app needed to be available through the Apple iTunes Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android) and Windows Store (Windows).

The results

The bespoke conference centre app for iOS and iPhone (Windows Phone release imminent) is now being successfully used, and is managed by the conference centre through a content management system.
